|Our intention is always to try and serve our customers as best as we can. Taking into consideration the challenges that the unprecedented times we are going through a hold for all of us, we are pleased to inform you that we have implemented a new more flexible booking policy for the new reservations.
- For our standard rates, the fully flexible policy still applies, but we have postponed the charge of the deposit for 15 days prior arrival (previously it was to be made upon reservation).
- The serious changes though have been made to our discounted rates, where both payment & cancellation policies have been updated.
- Firstly we have reduced the amount of the required deposit to 30% (it was 100% or 50%) and the time we charge it to 30 days prior arrival (it was scheduled to be made upon reservation).
- Secondly, we have turned the non-refundable policy of these rates, to a reschedule policy, which means that in case you are not able to travel as scheduled, you can modify your reservation for a future period and transfer the deposit paid, to the new booking (action has to be made up to 15 days prior arrival, through email to our Reservations Department).
